What is wellbeing anyway?
Wellbeing centres around a sense of happiness and enjoyment of life, alongside, crucially, the ability to manage life challenges with resources and resilience without feeling overwhelmed. Wellbeing includes our physical, social, mental and emotional wellbeing, all intricately interconnected.
With increasing workloads, remote working, and constant screen work, many organisations acknowledge the importance of supporting the wellbeing of their employees.
But where do you start?
One of the most helpful things you can do for your employees is to equip them with the tools they need to look after their own wellbeing, and make it acceptable to talk about wellbeing without judgement in the workplace so employees can put these tools into practice.
I offer a number of services designed to help organisations support their employees or clients. These services aren’t simply trainings or routine sessions: everything I do is practical, useable and memorable so individuals can take away what they learn to support themselves. Perhaps most importantly, it is engaging and fun too.
