Join us to welcome the Spring and dedicate time to you on the weekend. This is a yoga workshop designed with your whole self in mind: heart, mind and body. If you want to spend more time prioritising your own wellbeing and focusing on new habits and mindsets as we move into Spring, this welcoming and inspiring workshop will provide you the gift of space to do so.
As we move into Spring, this period is all about balance whilst we look to potential new beginnings, renewal and growth. Over the course of three hours, this workshop will invite you to turn inwards, become present, move intuitively with your body and discover new or embrace existing mindsets. We will do all of this in a really open, welcoming and fun way - we will probably giggle and we might even boogie! I would love to see you there.
The workshop includes:
- a 75-minute yoga practice (suitable for those who have some yoga experience)
- breathing techniques
- mindfulness practice and meditation
- self-coaching techniques
- drinks and refreshments
- connection with a fabulous community who are bound to make you smile.

- Yoga mat
- Clothes suitable for yoga and layers for our meditations
