I have created an online yoga membership so that everyone can still enjoy yoga. Using Zoom to do our sessions means I can give you feedback and verbal adjustments to help you in your practice, and you will join a growing online community.

Stretch & restore is a slower-paced class with longer meditations; Energising flow and Feel & flow are stronger classes designed to build strength and mobility.

I take the time to get to know each of my students and check in with you personally to ensure you feel supported and confident in your practice. I make classes fun and I invite all my members to contact me with class requests so they get the most out of each session.
