Choose your classes in the calendar below. Weekly group classes have the following themes:
MONDAY, 18.15-19.00: Slow stretch
WEDNESDAY, 18.15-19.00: Energising flow
Occasionally classes may be rescheduled so please see the updated calendar below.
Cancellations or changes for online classes must be made with 2 hours’ notice, and can be done so through the links provided on the email confirmations.
