About Rachel

Rachel founded Rachel Thomason Wellbeing in January 2020 to provide people with a safe space to reconnect with mind, body and self.

With 10 years’ experience in education and professional development, Rachel combines her background in learning and personal growth together with a passion for wellbeing to empower others. As a trained Coach and Yoga Teacher, Rachel draws on the presence, non-judgement and compassion of these practices to help others grow, reconnect with their authentic selves and thrive.
