In a world where we face constant pressure to be, look and act a certain way, wouldn’t it feel great to just… be ourselves?
Yoga gives us the space to understand ourselves. It helps us to learn about our minds and our bodies. It allows us to develop compassion, strength and contentment. And when we do all of this, we can find confidence, growth and balance – we can connect with who we really are… and own it.
Every time I teach a yoga class, I teach with this philosophy: we are enough exactly as we are. Not when you’ve mastered a complicated pose or when you’ve completely cleared your mind of all thoughts – but right now, exactly as we already are.
When we accept ourselves, we can move forward to the place we want to be with love and appreciation for the place we are coming from.
For me, this is why yoga and coaching go hand-in-hand: yoga helps us to move out of our minds and into our bodies, to move from thinking to feeling; coaching connects with that feeling and turns it into tangible action.
I work with both practices so that you can start living your life exactly as you want it, with an increased sense of confidence, compassion and fulfilment.
