What is coaching?

What true coaching is has become a little blurred. So for me, coaching is a conversation and a relationship that helps you reach your personal and professional potential.
Coaching empowers you to achieve your goals and find your own solutions. It helps you to raise awareness of your patterns and thoughts so that you can make lasting changes.
You know your life better than anyone else. As the coach, I provide a safe and non-judgemental space for you to explore it.
Using tools and techniques that align with a positive psychology coaching approach, we will look at the whole picture to help you increase your well-being, enhance strengths, acknowledge challenges, and ultimately achieve your goals.
When we are so connected to technology, people and work all day, everyday, taking time to not only disconnect but also reconnect is so important. I invite presence, awareness and non-judgement into the coaching space (all aspects of mindfulness) so you can take time to really tune into you and how you are.
I bring my full self to a coaching relationship. My priority is to create a safe, non-judgemental environment in which you can explore so we can get to genuine outcomes and lasting impact. I listen with curiosity and empathy, and provide you with the support you need to get to where you want to be.
