In-person Class – Wednesday 13 March


A weekly class with friendly faces where we move, breathe and relax.

This is a hatha style yoga class where we will flow through a series of movements designed to strengthen and open the body. We start with a gentle warm up and gradually build some warmth in the body, before finishing with some balancing poses and cooling stretches. Each class finishes with savasana, a deeply relaxing pose that allows your mind and body to slow down and process the practice.

Suitable for those who have some experience of yoga.

Classes are every Wednesday, 19.30 - 20.30 at Spaldwick Community Room, Ferriman Rd, Spaldwick PE28 0TQ. Please arrive 5-10 minutes early so you can get yourself settled for the session.

Equipment you will need to bring with you:
- A yoga mat
- Any props you require (cushions, eye mask, yoga socks etc)
- Layers or a blanket
